The project, designed through collaboration between the City of Sorrento, the Sorrento Foundation and the direction of the Museum of the Ancient People of Lucania, aims to present a scientific method that can identify a study to determine the process "fantastic" to which aspired the Renaissance artist.
The desire to organize an exhibition on Leonardo and the Renaissance was born from the need to explore the theme of a genius through its many figures, a journey through centuries, tracing the stages of genesis historic art - very complex as the painting and Mannerist sculpture.
An intertwining of certainties, fantasies, false interpretations and mystery tour will feature a unique and outgoing, where art and science.
