Reservation terms

 All reservations must be made either by e-mail, fax, telephone or through our online booking system. Credit card details are required before any reservation can be considered confirmed (Visa, Master Card). Your credit card details are required only as a guarantee for the reservation, 30% in advance and the remaining amount to be settled on the day of departure or in cases where our cancellation policy is applicable. Only reservations confirmed  by fax or e-mail can be accepted, reservations cannot be confirmed by telephone.  

Cancellation Policy

 No charge will be debited to your credit card for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations made within 7 days from arrival date there will be a charge of 30% of the total sojourn. In the case of no show, there will be a charge of one night plus 50% of the total sojourn. In the case of early departure, the total amount of your sojourn will be charged to your credit card.

All the rooms are for not smoking people.

Small dogs and cats are welcome to stay with us but will not be allowed to use public areas.  There will also be a supplement to cover the cost of disinfecting.
